We built Resonance because the work it does has mattered in our own lives. The pricing, the policies, the small print — none of it is the brand. This is the brand. Three commitments. Plain language. Nothing hidden behind a click.

“If something isn’t working for you within 30 days, we refund the credits you haven’t used. One short email — that’s it. We’d rather lose the money than keep someone who doesn’t feel held by the work.

A 30-day window from the date you bought your subscription or pack. Pro-rated on the credits you haven’t used. Failed generations refund automatically, no email required. The full mechanics are in our refund policy — but the spirit is what matters: you don’t have to justify yourself.

“What you bring to a Resonance session — the intentions, the words, the emotional weight — belongs to you alone. We don’t sell your data. We don’t share it. We don’t train models on it.”

Your intentions are stored in your account, used only to generate your session, and never exposed to a third party. No analytics vendor sees the body of an intention. No partner. No advertiser. Full detail in our privacy policy.

“If you can’t afford a session right now and you genuinely need one — email me. I’m not promising it every time. I’m promising I’ll read your message and decide with my full heart.

These are the only public commitments we make. Everything else lives in the work itself.
