Terms of Service.

Welcome to Resonance ("Resonance," "we," "us," or "our"), a product of Healthy Soul Healing. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Resonance website and the custom hypnotherapy audio generation service available at resonancehealing.net (the "Service").

By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the Service in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Incorporated by reference. By accepting these Terms — including via the consent checkbox during payment — you also accept and agree to be bound by the following documents, each of which is incorporated into these Terms as if fully set forth here:
  • Privacy Policy — what we collect, how we store it, what we never do with it
  • Refund Policy — 30-day window on unused credits, mechanics, the Founders Circle special case
  • Health Disclaimer — the wellness-not-medical-treatment language, contraindications, when to seek a licensed practitioner instead of (or alongside) Resonance

If any of these documents conflict with these Terms, these Terms control unless explicitly stated otherwise in the conflicting document.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use Resonance. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Accounts

Resonance accounts are created via passwordless email sign-in. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, because anyone with access to your email can receive the one-time sign-in codes that let them use the Service as you. Notify us at support@resonancehealing.net immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

3. Credits, products, and payments

Resonance uses a credit-based model. One credit lets you generate one custom hypnotherapy session. Credits are purchased through our payment processor, Stripe, in one of three structures: one-time packs, recurring subscriptions, or the Founders Circle one-time purchase.

3.1 Products and pricing

Note on retired products: Three-Session ($69.99) and Five-Session ($99.99) packs were available until 2026-05-16 and are no longer offered. Customers who purchased them before that date keep all credits granted (credits never expire) and the terms in effect at the time of purchase continue to apply to those purchases.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable sales, use, or value-added taxes, which will be added at checkout if required by your jurisdiction. We may update pricing at any time; any change to recurring subscription pricing will be communicated to active subscribers by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect, and you may cancel before that date if you do not accept the new price.

3.2 How credits work

One credit is consumed at the moment you successfully complete generation of a session. Credits do not expire — once granted to your account, they remain yours until used, including after a subscription is canceled or a Founders Circle membership is established.

If a session generation fails for any technical reason on our side, the credit is automatically restored to your account within seconds. The failed session is hidden from your library.

3.3 Subscriptions — auto-renewal, cancellation, and plan changes

Subscriptions auto-renew. By starting a Monthly or Practice subscription, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on file each billing cycle (monthly) until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time from your account dropdown ("Manage plan") or by replying to any subscription email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access through the cycle you've already paid for, no further charges occur, and unused credits remain yours forever.

Switching plans: you can upgrade or downgrade between Monthly and Practice from the pricing page or your account dropdown. Upgrades are prorated — Stripe credits the unused portion of your current plan and charges the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period to preserve the value you paid for.

Failed payments: if a renewal payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), your subscription is flagged "past due" and we email you a link to update your payment method. Credit grants pause until payment succeeds. If payment continues to fail, Stripe may eventually cancel the subscription per its standard retry schedule.

3.4 Founders Circle

Founders Circle is a one-time purchase capped at the first 50 members. It grants 36 credits at the time of purchase, an additional 1 credit per month starting at the 12-month anniversary of your purchase ("Year 2+ drip"), and permanent access to the lowest extras pricing of any tier. Founders Circle does not auto-renew. A full refund of the Founders Circle purchase (per our Refund Policy) cancels Founders Circle membership entirely, including all future drip credits.

3.5 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the unused portion of any purchase. See our Refund Policy for full details, including pro-rated math, FIFO credit attribution, and how to request a refund.

3.6 Resale and chargebacks

Credits and audio are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use (see Section 6). You may not resell credits or transfer your account. If you have a billing concern, please email us before initiating a chargeback — chargebacks impose fees on us even when nothing is wrong. Disputes resolved against us (funds withdrawn) revoke credits the same way as a refund.

5. Content you provide

When you create a session, you provide an "intention" (a short text description of the outcome you want) and, optionally, a name or nickname. You retain ownership of this content. You grant Resonance a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use it solely for the purpose of generating your session audio and storing it in your library.

You agree not to submit intentions or names that:

We reserve the right to refuse, flag, or remove sessions that violate these rules and to suspend accounts that repeatedly submit them.

6. Your sessions — what you get

Each successful session generates a high-resolution WAV audio file stored in your personal library. You may listen to it an unlimited number of times and download it. You own the right to use the resulting audio for your own personal, non-commercial wellness practice in perpetuity.

You may not: resell, publish, stream on a podcast, include in a paid product, or otherwise distribute or commercialize the generated audio without our prior written permission. The underlying engine, prompts, mastering chain, and voice catalogue remain our intellectual property.

7. Intellectual property

The Resonance website, brand, copy, audio engine, mastering chain, curated music library, voice catalogue, and all other materials are owned by Healthy Soul Healing or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms do not grant you any license except as explicitly described here.

8. Health and safety

Resonance is a wellness tool, not a medical service. Please read our Health Disclaimer before using the Service. You accept all risks associated with meditation, hypnotic audio, and sound-based practices as outlined in that document.

9. Driving Mode — special terms and assumption of risk

Driving Mode sessions are intended for use while operating a motor vehicle. They are designed to be supplementary to — not a substitute for — your full and undivided attention to the road. By selecting Driving Mode and listening while driving, you accept the additional terms in this section.

Driving Mode is a session format engineered to keep you in an alert, eyes-open state. Our scripts deliberately omit instructions to close your eyes, drop into deep relaxation, or release body tension. However, audio guidance of any kind is a form of cognitive engagement, and we cannot and do not represent that any session is risk-free for use while driving.

9.1 Your representations every time you select Driving Mode

By selecting Driving Mode and choosing to listen while operating a vehicle, you represent and warrant the following each and every time you do so:

9.2 What Resonance does and does not promise

We make a good-faith effort to design Driving Mode scripts that avoid trance-induction language and to keep audio loudness, pacing, and content within ranges intended for an alert listener. We do not guarantee that any individual session is appropriate for use while driving. Generated audio is produced by AI systems whose output may vary, and we cannot guarantee that every session perfectly conforms to the structural rules we attempt to follow. You are solely responsible for assessing each session's suitability before and during listening.

Resonance is not a navigation aid, driver-assistance system, drowsy-driver alert, or any other safety-critical technology. It is a wellness audio product. Treat it accordingly.

9.3 Assumption of risk

You acknowledge that operating a motor vehicle is an inherently dangerous activity, and that listening to any audio content — including Resonance Driving Mode sessions — while operating a vehicle introduces additional cognitive load that you are voluntarily accepting. You assume all risk of injury, property damage, loss, or death resulting from your decision to listen to Resonance content while driving or operating any vehicle, equipment, or machinery.

9.4 Indemnification specific to Driving Mode

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Healthy Soul Healing, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, demands, lawsuits, damages, liabilities, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising out of or in any way related to your use of Driving Mode while operating a vehicle, equipment, or machinery, regardless of whether such claims are brought by you, your insurer, a passenger, another driver, a pedestrian, or any other third party. This indemnification is in addition to, and does not limit, the general indemnification in Section 14.

9.5 Limitation of liability specific to Driving Mode

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Healthy Soul Healing shall have no liability whatsoever for any motor-vehicle accident, traffic citation, injury, property damage, or death arising out of or in any way related to your use of Driving Mode, including without limitation any claim that the audio caused, contributed to, distracted from, or otherwise impaired your driving. Driving Mode is offered as a wellness convenience, and your use of it while operating a vehicle is entirely at your own risk and discretion.

9.6 Other modes

Sessions in Meditation or Hypnotherapy mode are not safe to listen to while driving, walking in traffic, operating heavy machinery or power equipment, swimming, near open flames, or in any environment where impaired awareness, eye-closure, or deepened relaxation could cause harm to you or others. Use these modes only in a safe, stationary, undisturbed setting.

10. Third-party services

Resonance relies on several third-party providers to deliver the Service — including Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), ElevenLabs (voice synthesis), Anthropic (script generation), and Cloudflare (hosting and storage). Your use of Resonance is also subject to each of those providers' terms. See our Privacy Policy for how we share data with them.

11. Termination

You may stop using Resonance at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, attempt to abuse the Service, or use it fraudulently. If we terminate your account for cause, unused credits are forfeited; if you request to close an account in good standing, we will refund any unused credits at our discretion.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We make no guarantee that generated audio will achieve any specific outcome for you.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Healthy Soul Healing, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid Resonance in the twelve months preceding the claim. Section 9 (Driving Mode) contains additional, more restrictive limitations specific to driving-related claims, which control over this section in the event of any conflict.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Healthy Soul Healing from any claim, loss, or damages — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising out of your violation of these Terms, your content, or your misuse of the Service. Section 9.4 contains an additional, broader indemnification specific to Driving Mode.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered in Florida, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for infringement of intellectual property. The courts of competent jurisdiction in Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter not subject to arbitration. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email (if you have an account) and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
